This was our first session with Heather. She put us at ease as she explained what she would be doing. Over the course of an hour walk she made huge changes in our dog's behavior on and off the lead, and empowered and skilled us humans to continue practicing and reinforcing the changes. We will be back for more sessions as we have a happier more settled dog and consequently happier humans
