I am new to acupuncture and I'm finding it an extremely positive experience. I had my 3rd treatment this afternoon with Austin and I'm already noticing an improvement. I have spent months in agony with sciatica and severe low back back pain. I have been taking way too many painkillers for way too long. At last I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. The facilities are comfortable, spotless, smell delicious and a great temperature. Austin is very professional and I immediately felt confident in his presence. I had just returned from holiday where I spent the last two days in a Corfu hospital for a herniated lumbar disc - my back had gone into full spasm and I was in agony. Prescribed medication was failing to manage my pain and neither an Osteopath, Chiropractor or a Physio wouldn't touch me. I happen to know Sarah of old and asked if there is anything she could do to? I went, my expectations not being too high and if I'm honest, I didn't think a few needles and a hot ramekin would touch the sides, but the relief was almost immediate. My lower back muscles - that were like stone, felt freer then they have done in years and my sciatic nerve pain is now under control.
