I have visited Vision Express twice this week, first for my son, and second for myself. Every single member of staff I found to be both professional and friendly. The store is clean and well presented, the eye tests were thorough and explained clearly. I bought two pairs of glasses for myself and I believe the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go there again, my only wish is that I had started using them earlier in life. I'm very impressed, and was sure to say as much when I visited.

Had an eye test with Natalia who was fantastic! Very thorough and great at explaining everything, explained the image of my eyes, my prescription etc, and also informed me of the contact lens trial program, and was very patient in teaching me how to fit and remove them. Just fantastic and kind service, thank you!

My appointment was early in the morning strategically planning to avoid this time of the year crowds building in Town. I had superb professional service from the optician that did my eye testing. I was truly impressed in her general approach to the whole thing. Even the part where you choose your frames and lenses best deal I found very helpful unrushed and un-pushy in sales terms I as did in previous times...Thank you.

Today I called in for advice as I was concerned about flashing and floaters in my eyes. Based on my symptoms I was offered an emergency appointment with Roy, the optician.
