    Really gone down hill in last few years. They stopped their e-consult for some reason. Now receptionists answer phone stressed. Obviously not making notes/ listening. And I've been waiting for drugs for nearly 2 months. Ive called 3 times for same thing. I give up!

    You would think with cancer they would be more helpful but no,constantly messed about by the front staff, the doctors seem good but trying to get that far is near impossible. so disillusioned and as for Mcmillan we'll be with you sll the way yeah right.

    Absolute shambles. The receptionists are awfully rude for no reason. The doctors are condescending and frankly impatient. Like they’re all angry at me for being unwell?? I understand times are tough and more people than ever need to be seen but this surgery’s attitude is disgusting all round. The only good thing about this place is the nurses, they are a saving grace. Extremely poor attitude and customer service. I expected better from the doctors.

    Called to book appointment, very rude receptionist, asked her name was told it was Jane then hung up on, called back told no one called Jane on reception asked If appointment had been booked for 18th it hadn’t rebooked for today, it should not be like this 0 Customer service only when complaint did a lovely lady support me

    Worst surgery ever. I am so disappointed with the doctors and the nurses. The receptionist try to manage the patients. In this instance I have to complain about the extremely poor service I have had from the medical practitioners. They get my prescription wrong. Telephone appointments are a joke and Feel completely failed as a patient. If I could put less than one star on I would. I am furious with all the continued mistakes. My recommendation would be to go somewhere else. I plan to as soon as I can
