This school has had an INCREDIBLY LOUD alarm going off at all hours over 100 times in the last three years day morning and night. Yet they did absolutely nothing about it whatsoever and denied it was even their alarm, even though we had video evidence and they have had multiple complaints. I have been listening to their excuses and alarms waking me up all hours, going on for literally hours, and bad attitude for over 3 years I am absolutely sick of it. They also refused to meet me to discuss. Turns out, Protechs alarm "engineer" is a drunk who turned up at the school, DRUNK to service the alarm, even then he was denying it! Absolutely shocking. This has caused me so much stress you wouldn't believe. Until this weekend, us locals were all basically called liars they did not listen to us at all. I would never recommend this school, they do NOT care about locals at all. I would also never send my child to a school who does not care or listen to locals about their alarm systems as ALARMS are there for SAFETY, theirs has not been working for over three years!!! Shameful. Thank you Linden Lodge, great job!
