Took the Artisan Bread course. Great lesson. Sour dough, focaccia, baguettes, brioche, and a basic loaf. We learned about the needs of the oil, water, and sour dough in the different recipes. We heard of a few more lessons that we would also love to go to. The teacher does a great job making sure everyone is involved and no one is left behind.

Shared an amazing experience with "lets cook together" today with Lincolnshire cookery school. Cant rate this event enough the staff were amazing with our special needs daughter they were very helpful patient and understanding of her needs. Would highly recommend going and see for yourself. We made wonderful food and got to take it home. Thankyou Fiona and Staff.
