I had a lovely time here, the staff were amazingly helpful especially Luke and Lewis who literally looked after us all the way round. BUT the one thing that dragged it down and spoiled it for me was the way the manager Susan spoke to her staff over the radios. She was so rude to them and I was honestly embarrassed by it. The kids working here do such a good job and don't deserve to be talked to like dirt by someone who should know better. Susan before you put a 3 page lesson on health and safety this s purely about how you treat and speak to people. Such a shame that one person ruined the experience for me and my group.
