As a resident of Lincoln Square, I am appalled to suffer from an illegal Chinese saloon running from apartment E6, or 1 Lincoln Square by the intersection between Carey Street and Serle Street. The saloon is BS Studio London and is running on Chinese social media platforms. The residents are suffering from ammonia and chemical smells while this saloon is running illegally and without insurance, causing health and fire hazards to nearby residents. For anyone who would consider to purchase from Lodha group or invest in their properties in the future here, calculate your chances of living next to an illegal salon operating in a residential building. It is unethical, highly prejudicial to neighbors in health and safety concerns and illegal. While the amenities at Lincoln Square are good, the living experience is destroyed when you open the window and smell chemicals and hear commotion from an illegal saloon.

I have lived at this apartment for three years. Recently, the rent price was raised by more than 45% in a year, although the referenced price index rised only by 14%. The amenities and concierge service are good, but I doubt it's worth the raised rent, so have to consider moving out. Regarding flat conditions, a detailed comment posted by SswusS provides fact-based helpful information. Just in my calculation as of the end of 2022, £3000-3400 for a studio, £3500-4000 for a one-bed and £4500-5000 for a two-bed would be reasonable rent price ranges, considering recent central London rent market. And, also I have to mention frequent hot water and water leaking issues of shower room, definitely improvement is needed.

The management and staff at Lincoln Square are welcoming and professional. We have worked on many prestigious buildings across London and I would not hesitate to say this is one of the finest.

Swanky interiors, great concierge team , great amenities, and outstanding location being a stones throw from Covent garden but also in the quiet area near Lincoln’s Inn Fields park. Can’t think of a better place to live in Central London!

We’ve worked extensively within the development, delivering cleaning and deep cleaning services throughout. This building is finished to a high standard and with a fantastic array of amenities for residents. The management take their responsibility toward cleanliness (particularly during COVID-19) very seriously.
