    Depends on which members of staff you get to handle your query. I've used on a number of occasions in the past, sometimes excellent, other times, staff member handling query could be very unhelpful, abrupt & on one occasion really insensitive in a matter relating to a death certificate of a family member who'd passed away the day before! All queries should be handled by all staff members, on all occasions, with respect, compassion & utmost understanding!
