Would be way better if they just spent a little more time on design. I have finally learned my lesson and wouldn't buy any more products from them as over the years I have had: -An an electric oven where the glass shattered when tightening the door handle. - A deep fat fryer that badly cut fingers when deep cleaning --A gas oven that had to be replaced because Lincat had lost the designs for the spare part (honestly). I brought this to their attention and they they didnt care. Never again.

We bought a FriFri Vision with auto lift. That’s a £10k - £12k investment. Lot of cash. We’ve been open 4 months. A fault developed where one side of the frier could not be used, it wouldn’t turn on. We struggled waiting for weeks for them to fix it. Finally done Then we had issues with food not coming out to temp consistently. We had to extend fry times. We tested the temp and it varied between 10c to 20c below temp. They told us there would be a call out charge if they couldn’t replicate. Thankfully they did. Another fault. Again it’s taking weeks to fix. They said they would be out mid morning but instead turned up as we was going into service and so they couldn’t fix it. I specifically said to the engineer that I hope they’re not charging me for this failed visit considering he should have been here earlier. He said that wouldn’t happen. Now they’re trying to charge us £198 for this visit. Invoice arrived for that. What a scam. They have literally cost us money with their high end equipment delivering low end quality. I thought Lincat was suppose to be a leader, one of quality, how wrong was I! And it’s still not fixed, the engineer didn’t come again this week. We’re always having to chase. Called to complain, we have to write an email to try and get this scam fee written off so it can be fixed under warranty.

Oven faulty under warranty still waiting for engineer for visit over month suppose to be 48 hrs .shame we have over 100 branches and I have informed all of them not to buy this company product as very long wait for repair so all agreed no more Lincet product .waste of time
