I ordered a varsity dragon from them over 2 months ago. I received the jacket quite quickly and it was packaged nicely, however the jacket has damage all over the embroidery. After many attempts to try and get in contact with them, I came to the realization that this company is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of! They don't answer emails and after your first email, you'll receive a mailer daemon saying that their email doesn't work (despite the fact that I copied and pasted their email address from their own website, so it's not for the fact that I typed their email in incorrectly). They don't reply to direct messages sent from the message box on their website, and their only phone number is PERMANENTLY engaged, all day every day (try ringing it are random times throughout the day and see what I mean). I'm going to have to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back which was something I did not want to do yet am left with no choice. I guess I could send a letter by mail to their store first to see if that works, but my experience with them has been terrible and I shouldn't have to resort to that in order to get in contact with them!
