M very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. They are unbelievably slow and make the patients wait unnecessarily and create long queues. I said I couldn’t pay cash and they told me to wait. After 30 minutes 3 of them came just to tell me I couldn’t pay cash again. I did pay with card previously in this place. Apparently you can’t pay with cards prescriptions now!? They should be better trained and more kind as often they have to deal with people that are struggling and in need of medications.

The gentleman who vaccinated me today was very friendly. He communicated with me in a friendly way and instructed me about the next vaccine. Unfortunately, it's so far from where I live that it took me 40 minutes to walk.

I was able to get a walk in booster jab at zero notice, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even provided me with a mask when I didn't have change. Without that jab I would have been unable to go on holiday to Spain on the same day, they saved the holiday, full marks!

I have been been a patient since it opened and I feel very lucky to be at the practice, particularly after the last couple of years. I have needed the use GP services multiple times in the last 18 months and I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by the reception team who have gone out of their way to make processes simple with a common-sense approach during tough times with appointments and the GP team has also been amazing - in particular, GPs Dr. Grant and Dr. Chandler has recently helped me with Chronic health issues and both has been extremely patient, supportive and empathetic to my situation and I cannot thank both of them enough for getting me on a better path and the guidance. Dr. Chandler has given the best support that a professional GP could provide. Thank you again. Vijay
