There is only one good doctor at this practice and it’s got a brilliant pharmacy on the premises, but the biggest letdown is the odd receptionist who is rude arrogant blunt and has a attitude problem and shouldn’t be working with the general public. I don’t think she’s had any training for this kind of job. I have made a complaint about her previously and I am still waiting for an apology.

It’s extremely hard to get an appointment here. The AskMyGP service sometimes goes offline even 3 minutes after 8:00. It’s horrible. I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 days and while I am completing the questions the system goes off. They should do something with this issue. It’s not normal to have less than 10 minutes window. What type of healthcare system is this? It shows the lack of interest and care the whole NHS has towards the patients.

Male Dr could not close door quick enough behind elderly gentleman who struggled to walk. The door was literally on the elderly man’s back! At least allow the patient to leave the room before you push the door behind anyone for christ sake!!!!

It's a bundle of lazy people with any wise about health. I was there a few times all finished with no diagnosis. For them everything is a virus and you should take paracetamol and drink plenty of water. After three attempts to get help from there I finished with acute sinusitis and antibiotics given from private doctor, for I had to pay. I lost three unpaid weeks at work and still not feeling well, because they don't know what is sinusitis. They even didn't involve me to face to face appointment, I heard it's virus and can take a few weeks. Private laryngologist said a few days more without medicines may finish in hospital with sepsis. Another time I was feeling bad because of deficiency of iron and wit D ( prove in private test I paid for), they made test twice and said I'm fine and don't need anything. When I prove with private test results 'doctor' ask me few times do I have depression. He tried persuade me that I have mental problems, because I asked for help. I asked also receptionist for change my name four times, because they made mistake, after two years they didn't change that still...

Been with this gp for two years now and have been needed appointments around twice a month due to various undiagnosed issues. Quick, same day appointments/ prescriptions every time I submit an AskMyGp request apart from maybe two times in late summer/autumn 2022. I dislike that I’m given a different doctor nearly every time I have an appointment, but all have been very empathetic, friendly, and focused on finding a solution that works for me. I can see that there’s a lot of negative reviews and there are some organisational things like only being able to book appointments at 8am that are annoying to deal with. It’s frustrating when I have to wait for a callback at an unknown time of day, as in my work I’m unable to use my phone, which results in me missing the doctor’s calls. However, the quality of care is excellent. I’ve had many GPs even call or text me after leaving the appointment to supply extra details or give me a more in depth answer to a question I had during the appointment. This is also the case when they chase up hospital referrals for me so that I don’t have to. Overall I’m very happy with the care I receive at Limelight, but there are definitely things that could be done better, namely the booking system.

Shocking service, I went on the Internet to book a appointment with a Dr's due to a RTA on Monday March 13th only to get a message that someone will contact me on Thursday 16th March three days later in agony and pain, now I have to take four days off work yet I was on that Internet 8am sharp. So where has all Monday morning and Evening appointments gone? Shocking service.

Hopeless. I had 24h heart rate and blood pressure (BP) monitors fitted back in October by Trafford General (TG). Limelight said they didn’t get results for BP from TG and texted their phone number for me to pursue! Despite dozens of attempts leaving messages, no human answered phone till finally today! TG are adamant that they sent all results to limelight in November and I should never have been asked to chase them. TG cannot send results to me but must be run through limelight. TG says they have sent again them there again today. So back to start again. This is amongst the most ridiculous of very many faults by limelight and tipped me over to write. Avoid if can.
