I do not like to leave bad reviews so I am torn between 2* / 3* but I have now ordered pallets of lime from them on a number of occasions and keep having issues with their deliveries and lack of communication which I do not have with other suppliers. While the lime mortar itself is great, deliveries turn up out of the blue with no notice, we've received damaged/leaking bags and had a pallet just left on the road once! Finally got to the point where I will be looking for a better supplier
