The worst medical practise that could ever exist, Wont book an appointment for a child of 11 months old. The best advise they could give you is to go to the AandE. It’s a struggle to book an appointment her. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment than you get a general practitioner who is extremely rude and unprofessional and they change on a daily basis so you’ll hardly see the same doctor and you have to repeat yourself regularly here. Extremely unprofessional.

I have been calling since 8: 00 a.m. last Tuesday, waiting in line for the 41. After waiting for half an hour, I got disconnected and had to call again and queued 30.

All round very poor, will not give specific time appointments, they don’t care if you are available or not at that time and can never get face to face appointments. Look for other GP practice’s if you can.

Never felt so disappointed in all my life about seeing a doctor!!!! Didn’t even be asked to sit down in the room, stood up and asked what are you here about. What a waste of time. Shocking I have no words, I am embarrassed and felt like I didn’t even matter and I was troubling them with my presence. I wouldn’t mind this is not even my doctors I got sent there for an appointment. Is this what the system has become. Stop the world I want to get off.

I was not well. Calling them was worst decision. I was speaking politely and tried explaining my issue however receptionist screamed to me saying I was interrupting her. I managed to complete the call and cried afterwards. Never felt humiliated like this by customer care. She was elderly lady at reception. There is 0 empathy towards patients. Making wait for prescription it self is 4 days which can not be the right way. In third world countries the situation is better than this. Just don't register yourself at this GP I would say.

the receptionist was really lovely to me, and said I could get a same day appointment at 6pm. It’s now 6:30 and they’re apparently shut… I’ve been struggling with the physical symptoms of anxiety and wanted to double check nothing else was going on, tiring!

I'm not registered here, but had an out of hours appointment booked here through my GP. I was worried after seeing the reviews, but throughout my appointment I was treated with respect and kindness by both the doctor and the super lovely nurse. I only talked to reception to check in, but that was fine too - not the most welcoming but also not rude. Reduced one star due to my appointment being 10-15 minutes late, but that seems pretty standard wherever you go.
