Receptionist useless, rude and unprofessional. Refused to give name when I asked for it she asked why multiple times and I mentioned to put in a complaint. Refuse to give her name or provide a complaint procedure… obviously because she knows she’s not doing her job properly. She then proceeded to hang up on me for asking to put in a complaint.
