Terribly managed, unfair check-out process with Lime Property. It took them over a week to begin the check-out process after I moved out - only after I followed up with them. They quoted me £100 'cleaning fee' after I checked out. I requested an itemised quote for this as it seemed absurd. They never produced one. This made me suspect that they pulled this amount out of thin air and chanced that I would agree to this fee. After many emails back and forth I received my full deposit.
