Tried this place on Friday evening. After trying a similar place the week before whose delivery was over an hour late we ordered early at 5.30 scheduled for 7.30-8 yet it somehow came at 8.30, and we were told its because we ordered at 7?! Don't understand the point of the schedule button if your just gunna deliver later, get rid of it if you can't stick to it. They added extra portion of pakoras and sweet chilli paneer which was appreciated, but would have just prefered the food on time instead. Mixed grill, sweet chilli paneer and aloo gobi was ordered. The mixed grill was tasty and flavoursome- portion slightly small- and the paneer was nice too, aloo gobi was just OK. Unsure if I'd order again, as it would depend on them fixing their delivery service, or being honest on uber about how long it would take.

Edit at end of review as I've gone back and amended my scores and I've had a few really good meals since the original review. Hadn't been here for a while so ordered a takeaway 9/11/19. Good points first, there was a couple of free dishes. One was a starter and the other was a rice dish, also there was 3 free popadoms. Unfortunately the food was very bland. I know everyone has different tastes but the naga chicken wasnt even spicy at all and tasted exactly like the other dish, a chicken tika massala. The worst bit was the chicken itself, it was very rubbery and tasted as if it had been frozen. The chicken pakora was the worst and I used to love it from here. Couldn't eat none of the meat after tasting how bad it was. It might have just been a one off, but after spending £18, to throw most of it away, its annoying. I think they need to put the money and effort back in to the food than glossy menus boasting how good they are. Unfortunately my meal especially the chicken says differently. I wont be going back to waste my money on a below par takeaway and that's a shame because they used to be really good. Update, Given it a couple more tries and the food has been really good Thinking my first visit was hopefully a one off. Will definitely be going back several more times 👍👍

I hadn't had a meal from here for a while as we moved. I felt a bit nostalgic and decided to order again. I wish I had not. I ordered the set meal consisting of mixed kebab starter, chicken madras & keema naan with side of chips and pilau rice. Unfortunately the chicken madras was most definitely not a madras and the keema naan tasted burnt and left a bad taste in my mouth. I am very disappointed as I used to really enjoy the food here.
