We were very pleased with Andreya’s design which captured exactly what we had in mind. The detailed scoping and specifying that then followed gave us confidence that everything was covered and that the estimate/quotation was reasonable and accurate. The team leading the installation were all great, incredibly hard working and easy to have around - particular shout out to Eddie, Peter and Dale.   Two years on from purchasing a Lima kitchen for my house renovation it's time to leave some feedback. Lima supplied everything I needed for my new kitchen and adjoining utility room. Two years on everything work perfectly, looks as good as the day it finished and has great 'feel good' factor. The personal service from the Lima team impressed me throughout the planning, buying and installation. An unprompted call back, and home visit, from Mark and Elizabeth two years later to check everything was good and asking for feedback was very reassuring.   The work involved structural work to allow for new bifold doors, new flooring (with no-step thresholds throughout), redesign removal and replacement of all kitchen units. Although only a relatively small and simple kitchen (approx. 12 base-units or equivalent) the thoughtful re-design and suggested features have greatly improved the appearance, work flow and effectiveness of the space. We are very pleased indeed with the final result. Once the project plan was in place, this was followed very closely and we were informed daily of who was coming, when and what they would do, including warnings of when power or water supply would need to be interrupted. The final quotations were adhered to exactly without any unexpected changes or surprises. All the trades-people were pleasant, professional and hard-working individuals who respected our home. I think it important that we, as homeowners, were around to deal with queries and issues before they became problems (e.g. the quartz work surface was supplied without the drainage grooves specified, but this was spotted just before installation), but overall I do think that LIMA KITCHENS were a pleasure to work with and carried out the whole project in a first class manner that could not have been beaten.   We'd known about Lima kitchens for some time so when we decided it was time to remodel our kitchen, which we'd put off for far too long, we approached them initially to get some ideas. From our very first Zoom meeting, Elizabeth really listened to what we were trying to achieve and designed a beautiful kitchen which really fitted our needs and was within budget, we didn't need to look anywhere else. Eddie fitted our kitchen, his workmanship and commitment was second to none, special thanks too to Paula for keeping us informed and ensured the project ran smoothly despite some added complications post pandemic. All the tradespeople were friendly and polite and all the Lima team treated us as valued customers. Our finished kitchen is an absolute delight to be in, it has made such a difference and is our happy place in the house. We would not hesitate in recommending Lima to anyone thinking of planning a new kitchen.
