They've basically refused to fix my toilet. I've made 9 appointments of which 3 turned up but basically ran out the door again within 5 seconds of looking at it. The other 6 didn't even turn up- no calls or texts saying they couldn't come. It left me stuck inside all day no being able to do anything. How am I supposed to live without a working toilet? I don't understand at all why they're still in business or why Southern Housing still employs them.

The worst quality service I have ever received in my life. They ruined my kitchen with no communication, forcing us to spend hundreds of pounds on food and laundry with no compensation or reimbursement. There was terrible scheduling with days at a time without a single person visiting and no warning, leaving my mother to wait for them all day. One day they even left us with no hot water overnight!! Then, the carpenter messed up, causing a majority of it to have to be redone.. AGAIN!!!!!!

Kitchen and bathroom refurb carried out late last year. Fist sized hole left in our larder wall, paint splashes on our new toilet, bath, basin, kitchen sink and floor. Painting not finished properly (edges etc.), our hall floor was wrecked as the door bar from the bathroom to the hall was about 4 inches into the hall! No 'end of job' visit carried out and we have now been waiting two and a half months for someone to come. The worse thing is every time I call I get the usual 'we'll get back to you', 'she's on holiday' or 'I'm in a meeting, I'll call you back'. Even got someone to come round who said all the right things but yet again, over a week later, we're still waiting for these things to be rectified. No individual would pay for this but as they are contracted by Clarion Housing it doesn't seem to matter.

This company should not be in business. I appreciate that they may mean well, but as a team they do not communicate well with one another which leads to silly mistakes. For example, we had picked certain tiling and flooring for bathroom and kitchen. The workman proceeds to lay the flooring for the bathroom in the kitchen. The best part of the work was the painter, she was amazing! However they replaced radiators after painting and as even I could tell, part of the wall that the previous rad covered needed painted. Another workman proceeds to paint over in the wrong shade. Would you not clarify the shade used by your colleague before doing the work? Very odd. Unacceptable. That just scratched the surface. They need a whole new team or to be shut down. If I could give -5 I would.

This company has the contract for replacing faulty white goods in housing association homes. My washing machine died Sep 22, was told I would get a new one within 2 weeks. It's now middle of Jan 23. Still no washing machine. Shocking service and deliberately misleading.

I’ve never met such bad organisation, rudeness, no communication, repairs if you can call them that fail every time as bodged, Would give minus 5 starts. Took over a year for them to change a bath and flooring, shg send another firm in to correct their mistakes. Zero quality and no workmanship at all. Could not organise a p up in. Brewery. They also ignore customers and lie. How they are still operating is beyond me. Currently putting up scaffolding wrong and damaging my neighbours property as well as making them angry as breaking into their property and no communication, no manager on site. Worked in social housing repair/ works so I can see how awful this bunch of cowboys are.
