I recently visited Arnold Clark York Motorstore car dealership and was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. From the moment I spoke with the salesperson, I felt like I was being made fun of. He even went so far as to comment on the fact that there are other dealerships on the way to York and questioned why I even bothered coming to Arnold Clark in the first place. The salesman's disrespectful behavior left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable, and I couldn't wait to leave the dealership. I was shocked and appalled by his comments, and it made me feel like I wasn't valued as a customer. Overall, I would not recommend Arnold Clark York Motorstore to anyone. If you're looking for a car dealership that values their customers and treats them with respect, I suggest you look elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealership that appreciates your business.
