Worst experience I have ever had. I called to enquire about a delivery I didn’t receive for my birthday and Sherie Phelps called me a liar and called me rotten. She made me cry on the phone and still didn’t acknowledge me or give me a resolution. Worst customer service ever. Wouldn’t recommend. They ended up at the neighbours address when the florist was adamant they were at mine. Tried to contact the florist to update them but they had closed. The driver then came to my house to verbally abuse me at my door. She admitted they were delivered next door and she didn’t apologise for the mistake and just shouted at my doorstep. She was threatening and abusive for no reason. Fair to say won’t be using them again and a complaint has been escalated to the authorities.

Brilliant florist in Birmingham’s jewellery quarter. The roses were expensive (£65, however this was around Valentine’s Day so I expected some price inflations), although, this was made up for by the quality of the roses. It was easy to arrange a pick up for the roses, I went into the store a week prior and reserved a bouquet for my girlfriend and then picked it up on the day I needed it. Great service from the lady who served me also.
