Words can not express my disappointment with Lilly House! I walked into their clinic today asking if they could assist with basic First Aid to a very elderly and frail lady who fell flat on her face whilst crossing the road in front of their building. She was bruised and bleeding quite heavily and was in distress. I was a passer-by and stopped to help with calling an ambulance and just offer any kind of assistance that I could. Other passers-by stopped to offer water etc. i went into Lilly House as they boast a vast number of doctors. The only thing I asked for was if a nurse or a medic could step out for two minutes just to provide basic help as none of us lay people knew what to do. Lilly House quickly sent me away telling me to call an ambulance, there was nothing they could offer. I am saddened by the fact that people who have supposedly taken an Oath to help others were the very people that slammed the door in my face without batting an eyelid. Shame on you, Liljy House ‘Doctors’ - I hope your mums and nans never experience what this poor old lady did today but should they ever do I hope they are met with real Doctors.

Lovely place but be prepared to wait a long long time. They may see you over an hour later than your appointment time and you will be expected to be happy about that.
