Great customer service here especially the 5th floor running session. Came here a few times already and this is my go-to store for sporting goods whenever I’m around the area. Was looking for some running shoes. The staff is knowledgeable about the products and gives you good advice and recommendations. Better store compared to the Sports Direct on Oxford Street (near Tottenham Court Road). I had a question and they didn’t blink an eye.

Bought a pair of footballs. With 5-6 months, a hole had blown in the side of them. Would expect that from a cheap pair but not ones I'd paid £60 for. The person in the store had no interest in helping. Won't be shopping here again

Due to the poor service, I ended up not buying any of the clothes I wanted and had brought to checkout. (Original) Stor butikk med flere etasjer, bra utvalg i klær og sportsutstyr. Kundeservicen er forferdelig. Den gamle damen som betjente kassen var frekk og spydig, sjokkerende oppførsel. Prislapper på enkelte klær stemmer ikke med pris i kassen. På grunn av den dårlige servicen endte jeg opp med å ikke kjøpe noen av plaggene jeg ville ha og hadde tatt med til kassen.
