I instantly felt at ease, under no pressure and she happily answered my millions of questions! The clinic is spotlessly clean and Frankie herself is a consummate professional, as well as being friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else now. I have gone to Frankie for many of my courses. She is professional, knowledgeable and educated. As a medic myself it’s important to be taught by someone with a medical background. In an industry flooded by people calling themselves “practitioners” it’s hard to know who is credible and who is not. I can say Frankie is the best I’ve trained with. I love her courses and the way she teaches. Furthermore, she is on hand for any questions you have afterwards. I recommend her to all of my medic friends. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for training.
