Lady seemed friendly at first but over guided- didn't add enough washing powder to my load and didn't add softener (I thought this was self service) Furthermore, made me separate into 2 loads for drying. My load in total would've only filled a quarter of the machine but she insisted and said "its not about the money" and that it'll cost her £300 to fix. And yet I had to pay for 2 separate dryer and surprisingly neither load dried completely... Read another comment here that she's condescending- true.

Worst experience ever!!! I’ve been to these kind of places for years. The lady appeared nice but is condescending, the guy working there shoved me twice, disrespected me by telling me how to do things without even knowing how to do those himself. Tried to make me do things their way so that I’d spend more money than I actually did. Absolutely avoid!!

Great laundry, the lady there is helpful and very very friendly, I will definitely wash here every time! They have self-washing and drying. they also have detergent and comforter if you ask for it for cost. Very affordable too. المغسله جيدا جدا جدا 🙏🏽
