pleasant and welcoming, but after agreeing over the phone a price promise (told they would not go lower than £x as they had already done a price promise earlier in the week) and being told they had stock (only the day before we visited the showroom), reneged on it and offered the demo model for the agreed price and said they did not have any new ones in stock. If we wanted a new one, we would have to pay full price. We explained that was not what we were told, returned home and purchased on the internet brand new for £100.00 less than their price promise with free delivery and extended guarantee. We drove some distance to this company.
