Well today is my first day as a Lightspeed customer and I am thrilled. Customer service online and phone has been awesome, solving my troublesome technical difficulties after installation. As for the installation engineer ON TIME, when did that last happen? Helpful and friendly. Big thank you to all of you ❤️❤️

A few months after installation and usage. Installation team and customer care are fantastic! Couldn't fault them. Now to the broadband - The speeds are phenomenal, stable and more than a large family could ever need, however, the supplied router underperforms for range and signal strength. If your hard wiring your devices GREAT, if your planning on using WiFi, not so great. I went as far as buying one of their signal boosters but still no great joy. Ended up buying a couple of Belkin signal boosters which really did the job!! Interms of value for money, you couldn't get much better, but I do advise on spending that extra couple ££ just to get some high end signal boosters or repeaters to make the most of Lightspeed. I recommend anyone to get this service if you follow the above mentioned.

After hassling us repeatedly at our home address we finally decided to sign up. After the process of registering and setting up Direct Debits etc was all done and installation was due to commence they then proceeded to tell us that installation was not possible.

I was ready to switch over to LightSpeed. Had a date they would install it and cancelled my current broadband. Then 2 days before they were meant to install it, they call up to say there's a problem and won't be able to install it. They say maintenance needs to come out and gave me no time frame for when that would happen. I hadn't heard of them until they came to my house to advertise their broadband, and I guess there's good reason for that. Just as unreliable as any other company out there
