It was ok but a bit disappointing compared to one we went to in Leeds a few years ago. Bitterly cold and too spread out with nice but not wow light displays. The only impressive thing was the projection onto the water spray at the lake. Probably won't go again.

Some very pretty displays. Some displays in darkness. The heated covered dining experience was laughable, the food was bland, and most of the heaters were not working. Food from the food court was far superior and more varied. The light show at the lake was really good. On the whole an average experience certainly lacked wow factor.

We arrived on the car park to be told we needed to buy parking tickets on top of the tickets we bought online. We were charged £7 on a council car park which usually charges £2-£3. How can they justify that? The actual light show was average. I decided to ignore all the negative reviews before going but I should have listened. Least we know to never go again.
