Good first impression, then went downhill fast. Measured kitchen window & James said would contact me with quote later that day- he didn't. I messaged him late the following day,he then sent quote. Have tried contacting him three more times, replies whenever, the last time I contacted him was ELEVEN days ago-still no reply, so now gone elsewhere, ( would be worried, if there were future problems with the blinds & I had to contact them.) Obviously Lightoak blinds are not interested in small jobs, but the company who are now doing them are professional, had such a great range that they're also doing our bedrooms.

I cannot thank James and Josh enough in the whole process of having all the blinds in my new build house done. James is so experience and helps me to make decision of what blinds will fit each room. He also suggests creative approach to solve my problem for the children's rooms (basically, need blackout at night but not blackout during the day as the bedrooms serve dual purposes) . James also suggests me to consider how the house will look from the outside with the blinds. I never thought about the harmony that is required when I drive home. He also matches the perfect fit blinds frame to the existing PVC window flame. James suggests a shade of white which makes the blinds look part of the PCV windows! The result is amazing!!! James' price is so competitive and the quality of the product is excellent. He does not mind to go extra miles for his customer to search for something that I want in particular. As it is a new build, some window glass panels need replacing and I was advised by the builder that it will take 4 to 6 weeks. End up, it took the builder's window supplier almost 4 months and 3 attempts to have all glass panels replaced. James knows about the our situation and very kindly to store the blinds for us the whole time. He even fitted the blinds in 2 occasions (fitted those window which doesn't need glass replacing first..which was on 1st Sept.). James also understands how wonderful it will be for us to have the blinds for the rest of the house fitted for Christmas. He and Josh help us out by squeezing us in before Christmas!! I cannot thank James and Josh enough to provide such a wonderful service to their customers. Without their help to store the blinds and fit them at different time, I would have so stressed out. Now, I look at the blinds in each room and I am extremely happy with the choice and the quality of the products!!! I recommend them 500%!!
