Booked LBE for my sons birthday and it was the best decisions I made. The venue had double booked us so we had to use a smaller room which wasn’t suitable, and then I messed up with the timing of the event, however Robbie saved the day! He stayed longer than I planned and was amazing with the kids and adults. I would advise LBE to anyone looking for an entertainer. I’ve seen a few children’s entertainers and he it’s head and shoulder above them.

Awful. I was at the "Breakfast with Santa" event on 10th December. It was supposed to be special with children's activities, elves, magic show, singing... Continental style buffet for breakfast. The singing was awful as the music didn't work and the songs he sang weren't Christmas songs or appropriate for young children. The buffet was a loaf of bread, some awful looking fruit that looked like it had been salvaged from the waste. A pack of 10 Morrisons stale croissants. A toaster was eventually brought up for us to use for the loaf of bread. The elf who bothered to turn up announced "The buffet is open and I suggest you scramble to get to the front because that's all there is"! I am in touch with many of the parents who were there and non have received the refund they were promised. My niece was the oldest one there. She's Autistic and ofcourse she still believes in Santa and I wanted it to be special for her. Instead it was a disaster from start to finish. It was actually disgusting. Infact the parents there eventually started singing merry christmas to cheer ourselves up and just asked him to bring Santa out and give the presents because we wanted to leave. Santa removed his fake beard at which the child sat on his knee asked if Santa is real. Awful.. Absolutely awful. If I could give a minus five review I would. And if you research him and read the reviews they are really not good. He's left alot of very angry parents disappointed and still waiting for refunds.

Couldn’t be contacted and didn’t even have the decency to explain why he didn’t show up. **EDIT - As mentioned publicly on Facebook your response itsn't valid. That's not our booking! We hired Robbie for my son's 5th birthday party. Samuel and his friends had a great time, the parents did too they even joined in with the dancing and games. Booking was easy to follow with great communication. I would recommend Robbie to other parents.

We booked Robbie as entertainment for my daughter’s 6th birthday party. It was really easy to book him and I received lots of emails and message confirmations which was really reassuring. It was all very professional. Robbie is really friendly and sent me a couple of voice notes to explain how it would all work. I literally didn’t have to worry about anything! It’s clear to see that Robbie and staff love what they do as they were laughing and smiling throughout. Not only did the kids love it but I’ve never seen the parents so involved. They had no choice 🤣 but it broke the ice and everyone was laughing and having a good time. I love that he got some of the parents to come on stage. It was hilarious. They were all saying when they left how much of a laugh they had had. My daughter was made to feel really special and got her wish which was to do magic in front of her friends. She particularly made us laugh when she said, “I didn’t think handsome men could be so funny.” My husband, who absolutely hates kids birthday parties, said that Lightening Bolt Entertainement was worth every penny! Robbie had a little chat at the end of the party with my mum and I and he was super friendly. He even sent a message to thank us. I would highly recommend Robbie and Lightening Bolt Entertainment.
