He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product that I was looking for he sorted me out with a spare are parts for the fixture which meant I could fix the picture correctly. Stay away from this company! Very expensive prices for cheap china made designs. I bought a number of lights from them and received very bad quality products! When contacting them regarding the problem Stephanie was very hard to deal with. Accepted no responsibility although the products were faulty or even listened to me as a customer to provide me any refund or replacement. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR PRODUCT WORKS FIRST! Absolutely disgusted with the poor level of customer service. Daylight robbery.
