The training was very easy to understand although a lot of info to remember, this was made a lot easier when they sent over all the information on word documents help cards.     Contacted Lighthouse regarding a problem where the print process was hanging at the "cutting" stage. Jodie Harding suggested updating the printer driver which resolved the problem. Lighthouse were extremely quick and efficient and resolving this problem.
