Never use this venue! The gentleman I just spoke to was incredibly rude and sounded like he just could not be bothered. Definitely not the start or reassurance you want when you are trying to plan your wedding. I read the reviews but despite this still decided to call. Now I see what people mean! An incredibly disappointing and poor service from the representative who has just let your business down. You should not be hosting people's weddings when you have rude people like that working for you. Did not listen and proceeded to talk over me after asking very basic questions. Should be closed down. I am pleased the true colours were displayed early anyway - definitely don't need that stress! We thank God

Terrible! Is all I can say. Nothing was done as discussed and on the wedding day, no staff was even there!!!!!!!!! Absolutely awful. Oh and you’ll have better luck getting in touch with the Rishi Sunak than the manager/owner. He ignored the calls the whole time- due to knowing that no staff were booked/scheduled for the event that had been paid for!!!!

Imagine hosting your reception here only to find out there is no waitstaff, no bar staff, caterers messing up vegetarian with meats and plenty more things to happen. After arriving at the venue on the day of a family members reception, we were asked to help put drinks out on tables because there was no waitstaff. Only to move over to the bar and find the same issue, just to be replaced by regular workers for the venue who had absolutely no knowledge on pouring drinks. How do you honestly own a venue, organise an event with the bride and groom, only to not supply the staff. I also felt sorry for the DJ (who thankfully arrived early), as he had to go around and set up all the speakers and be pushed into a corner up near the manager. I also got plenty of requests from guests to turn the heating on inside the venue and even after multiple requests to the manager on site, nothing was done. The worst of them all, was the confusion and mix up of vegetarian food and meat. What if someone were to have a protein allergy? Poor organisation resulted in, what is meant to be a special night, turn into a nightmare for the bride and groom.

I'm not one to negatively review people unless I feel something really bad has happened. I had my wedding reception here and I think the lack of leadership and organisation led to a lot of things going wrong. The decor and space is a very appealing but I feel the services is so poor it's just not worth it. I trusted Phil with a lot of things, but given how unreachable he has been over the last 6 months, it is impossible to coordinate with the lack of replies. Despite giving specific instructions on what I would like the waiting staff to do, we found out there were no staff hired when we arrived so our family and friends had to help serve our guests. Instead of cleaning the hall at the back as requested, all the tables were left at there which we had to move ourselves. So many small issues like printing our posters on paper rather than glass, not having extra glasses at the bar, setting up the photos booth and DJ in the wrong spots, they are all forgivable, but not having the staff there is just atrocious. We lost two hours as backup staff eventually came, but as they were not trained there was a lot mixing with vegetarian food and meat which is not good for an Indian wedding. I understand people can make mistakes, but this was simple neglect and I regret my decision to choose this venue. Unless you're willing to take the gamble on your big day, I would advise against this place.
