Be careful of their T&C which they do not make at all apparent. I dropped a small lamp off to be mended and on collection was charged ten days of storage fees including bank holidays and Easter dates - when it would have made it physically impossible for me to collect as they were closed! However, I was charged for those dates and when i tried to appeal to this they arrogantly told me institutions like Christies charge £70 per day for storage! They are a tiny light mending establishment in West London, nothing comparable to Christies who have to pay huge insurance sums! You dont get an automated text from them to say your products are ready for collection so i suspect this storage fee add on is very lucrative for them. It cost me nearly as much as the light to fix! Absolutely no customer service given and very little explanation.
