Wonderful centre, great atmosphere, spacious class room, all clean, comfortable changing rooms. I had a yoga class with Valentina which was one of my best yoga classes, thank you! It was an ideal combination of slow and ambient though strong practice, feel connected with my body after a several months without the practice 🧘♀️

Went for their barre classes - the instructors are nice, but the workout is relatively simple comparing to other studios. Good and friendly for beginners but if you/'re aiming for more serious workout, there are better options.

I was looking forward to trying out the Light Centre classes. Unfortunately, when I arrived, no one was wearing masks in the common areas so that rules me out and I had to leave :/ Sorry for the poor review, but it's important to make others aware if like me, they need and want to follow medical advice. If the policy were to change I would be happy to come back.
