Before using John at lift x, we bought a truck from another second-hand forklift dealer however, when it arrived it was not at all what he described and was rejected back to them. It was a different experience with John at liftx, he was honest and easy to deal with. John explained it would take a few weeks for them to get the forklift into their workshop before we went ahead. He was waiting on some parts to finishes the brakes for the truck and kept us up to date, this is because they do a detailed refurb! rather than just crudely paint them and send them on their way (like the other dealer we used first) We had a hydraulic hose split in the first week and john again was great and had someone out the next morning to fix it under warranty. We are really happy with the truck and the price was very fair, I would recommend liftx!

We couldn't be happier with the service that John and his colleagues offered. They understood our requirements perfectly and had the correct model to meet our needs. John arranged for the model to be fully upgraded, Tyres to be changed, New batteries and new windscreen all free of charge to make sure we had the best product he could supply. Delivery was smooth and we was kept update throughout all stages. Definitely would use and recommended this company again. Just purchased this Komatsu fork lift from John at Lift X, perfect machine refurbed to a very high standard, new tires, pipes, serviced engine and all what you would expect, all paperwork and finally but as important, quality service from the outset. I was looking to replace my old machine, the advice received was great, after our initial conversation, John knew our requirements and didn't try to upsell to something that wasn't required. For me, the quality of service has been great, I thought we had an issue, I contacted John and the next day an engineer called, subsequently finding that we had depressed the kill switch and not reset it, this alone reassures me that we are dealing with professional people all round. Well done Lift X and John, thank you again and may your success continue to build.
