we live in block of flats in SW19 and had 2 new complete lift installed, the lifts work great, however from the lift motor room, when the lifts are called its sounds like someone playing a loud guitar when the they start, which for a new electrical unit this should happen, so now we are forced to over 6k per leasholder for shoddy work

Cant rate this company high enough. Dropped my keys in between the lift at my flat. Rang customer service women was very helpful said she will notify a engineer. Engineer came out and retrieved the keys all in the space of 1hr 30 mins. The engineer was very polite. Cant thank them enough
