Great experience with this company! Initial technical telephone assistance very good. Engineer out the same day to diagnose fault. Engineer out the following day and MOT ramp back up and running. These guys got us out of a very difficult situation at a busy MOT testing time. Thank you! Would definately recommend

I've had three lifts installed by them, the installation of hydraulics and pipes left much to be desired and as for spare parts,service and communications don't even go there. They never answer emails. These ramps are built to a price and therefore quality and finish is not to be expected.Many sharp edges ,corners and the paint flakes off pretty quick as no primer has been used. Dissapointed in the quality, service and mostly the customer service. If you want any of those three then this is not the company for you.

Calibration and timing very poor. Called 5 times no joy every time pronisses to call back failed. . Book the date for calibrations after 2 weeks late, again canclled. Every year same issues. They need good management. And need to pay attention to theirs customers. I hope they imrove soon.

I was quoted a price of £131.24 for delivery of a part. The part was delivered and all was fine. Until, that is; I received a further bill from FEDEX for an additional £90.20. At no stage was I informed that I would have to pay an extra charge to the Shipment Company. Liftmaster assured me that the delivery charge I was paying them covered EVERYTHING ! DO NOT USE !
