On Good Friday an engineer came to look at the stair lift it needs a circuit board…. But you have no parts !!! Not until Tuesday so now there is an old man trapped upstairs for 4 days!! How on earth can you run a company with no spare parts ??? It’s not a rocket ship, surely having a certain number of basic emergency parts would be a good idea?? Then when quizzed what he’s supposed to do for four days, how’s he going to eat / drink etc, we were told to get the council to arrange temporary accommodation!! How’s he getting downstairs to get to this accommodation??? Appalling treatment … avoid

Lifts are horrendous. Our lift has been in for less than a year. It took them over 4 months to install the lift then it broke down the day after completion. Ever since it breaks down every 2-3 weeks. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Horrible company, never keeps to the promised schedule to fix the lift. I have complained to trading standards and the to the local council councilors and I advise anyone else having problems with them to do the same. Otherwise they will never change.

Throughout lockdown and the worlds crazy delivery issues David persisted to still try and get my product over the line even though covid removed his margins in the process. If your looking for a good quality product the he’s your man, always answers the phone and delivers everything as soon as the worlds crazy shipments allow him too and keeps you updated along the way. When delivered it was very neatly packed and easily Manoeuvrable.
