    So I have been going to 'lift up fitness' now for quite a few weeks, and it's amazing. Why I say that is because I have been very spectical about PT, never liked gyms, but Karen is amazing, I sometimes try to get way with things! But Karen is so good, she keeps me on track, and keeps me motivated, and I so enjoy it.     I have been going to Karen for nearly 2 months now and can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life. I feel stronger, fitter and look it aswel. She is fun, knowledgeable and is a great motivator and works hard to make sure you get the results you want. I have been using PTs on and off for years but have now found the 'one'. She has a amazing set up with all the right equipment and the coaching app for home/gym workouts is so user friendly and a great help to keep me going when I am doing it alone. She keeps in touch to make sure you're on track but also understand when some home/work commitments get in the way of working out and sometimes you just can't always stick to the routine. I honestly can not recommend Lift Up Fitness enough I am so glad I found her.
