    Took all the hassle and stress away. Team co-ordinated with storage company, delivered on time, and then used a crane to dispose of huge pots on the roof terrace and replacing with new ones. It avoided damage to the walls if I’d tried to get through the house. The crane took just 25 minutes. I would definitely use again.

    The pictures attached are what is left of a very very expensive piece of machinery that lift and load moved this last Sunday for us. Their website screams professionalism, they repeat many times how they train all their people yet the crew they sent had no removals experience at all and had to be supervised continually. They didn’t send the vehicle they said they would and they sent a smaller tram than the said they would do a four hour job turned into 10 hours. To cap it all, they sent us a bill today for about £500 for the extra time it took because of their own failures! The damage to this machine is going to be in excess of £600 to repair and now they refuse to give their insurers details so we can assume they have no insurance. I have only given these people one star because it won’t allow me to give none. Give these people a very wide berth if you value your property. Shocking cowboys
