These guys are deliberately predatory - if you've used them please check they're not billing you. I was forced by an estate agent to pay these guys for an ID check, they told me they'd give me some free legal advice service (again forced to accept it), but 3 months later I get an email saying the 3 month membership is coming to an end, but hidden away in a wall of text it says they're going to start automatically billing me every month for legal services! This is predatory and abusive, and I'm sure they're hoping that people won't read the email properly and don't realise they're going to start charging them money. It's particularly egregious as this wasn't a service I chose, I was *forced* to use them by the estate agent! Honestly this behaviour should be illegal.
