I honestly can’t praise the talented team at Lifetime Glazing enough. They replaced all the old sash windows and doors in my old terraced house – something I’d been putting off for a long time because of all the horror stories out there about some national glazing companies. From the initial reasonable quote to a prompt return visit a week after completion to instantly fix two little snags, nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them. They were friendly, trustworthy, helpful, polite, timely and happy to clearly explain anything technical in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing something, tweaking the specs until I was completely happy. The fitters left the house absolutely spotless every night during the three-day installation, and they were even flexible about rearranging the dates when the council unexpectedly suspended parking for a week in my road. I genuinely can’t find a single thing to complain about in the whole experience and I highly recommend this local north London company. UPDATE: A slight quality issue with a couple of the sealed glazed units wasn't discovered until nearly a year after installation. Valentin and his team immediately took steps to remedy this without question, making sure that I was completely happy with the eventual solution. This really felt like true above and beyond service and showed that they absolutely stand behind their promise of quality. Services: General window replacement, General door installation

They were really nice from first visit and every communication. Helpful with decisions but not pushy. The two fitters were friendly, quick and tidied up after them selves - inside and outside the house. There was a miscommunication about one of the windows which arguably could have been our fault and they just accepted and changed it without any trouble or extra charge. The windows looks great and were much cheaper than the other options. I would highly recommend. Service: Window installation
