Have an Aruba corner set just out of warranty but unfortunately the weather got to the slats on the table and started to peel slightly. I contacted LSG and within a couple of hours I had a wonderful reply from Donna to say that they would replace them free of charge. This was in the Saturday and I received them on the Tuesday. Wonderful company, lovely garden furniture and customer service second to none. Thank you Donna and LSG Peter

From reporting a concern, they've responded immediately, and to be honest, have gone over and beyond. Their solution to an issue was unexpected and most welcome. The contact was Donna. If only every other organisation in the UK, including public bodies could be as efficient, customer-focused and willing as Lifestyle Garden. As someone from the service industry, I appreciate the efforts that this company goes to to keep customers smiling. And I'm not alone. A family member also received exemplary service two years ago. Order arrived in a decent amount of time with good communication from both Lifestyle Gardens and the courier service. I discovered a manufacturing fault when putting the table together which Donna in Customer Servuces sorted a replacement item for quickly and totally hassle free. Replacement was with me in 2 days. Great product, fabulous Customer Service and good price.

I can’t thank lifestyle garden furniture company enough.we bought a panama 6 seater table and chairs from Crawley garden Center. Last year with the high winds the table lifted and on to our rockery and damaged 9 slats. So I sent an email directly to see if I could buy replacements. They emailed back and sent the replacements free of charge excellent customer service first class

Last year we purchased a table and four chairs made by Lifestylegarden and it has proven to be the best garden furniture we have ever bought. This year we added an additional two chairs and a bistro table which had already been assembled. Unfortunately a bolt for one of the chairs was damaged. Contacted Lifestylegarden and they immediately replaced the whole set of bolts for the chair. An excellent product and great customer service. Can definitely recommend.
