When they are awarded the work they notify you of the date it will be completed and on that day a team of polite, friendly and skilled professionals carry out the work and tidy up properly at the end of each day. Lifestyle windows have just completed fitting windows and a new front door at our home and I must say both my husband and I are thrilled with the work that has been done. These are real genuine people who are quite clearly interested in their customers expectations and will go above and beyond for them and are always very respectful of their customers homes. We also received good advice from Mark right at the beginning and the advice was brilliant hence how brilliant the door and windows look. The fitters are really pleasant and are truly methodical with their work and take real care. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get new windows and doors……Just what it says on logo….tradesmen not salesmen!! Thanks again guys just so so happy with our door and windows.

This company needs a revamp. We wanted front windows to be replaced. Guy called Mark came around. Nice chap gave us lots of information. All seemed well until the next stage. We asked for a quote and he said he would have it in 3 days sent to us. 3 days passed and still no quote. Called office and no answer (several times). Mark eventually called me back stating the person in the office was on holiday and he would get a quote. He called me again 30 mins later with the quote. I asked if he could send me all the details via email (confirmed my email with him) He explained he didn't know how to send emails /use a pc so would get the lady in the office to send when back the next day. Next day came and still no quote. I left it and 7 days later a woman called me asking if I'd had quote I said no and she said she would resend (confirmed my email yet again). An email came a day later that consisted of 3 sentences telling me a very brief outline of what I'd be having. No pictures, no measurements no headed paper nothing.. Literally just 3 sentences. To add further disappointment this email came from Mark... The guy who said he didn't know how to send an email! Common guys step up here.. As customers were spending alot of money with you yet you can't even send us professional looking quotes so we know exactly what we're getting? Your competitors send very detailed quotes and actually send them when they say they will. It really did seem that if the lady in the office is off then no one in the company can send an email or answer your phone call. Considering how long these guys have been going for you'd think they would focus on the customer service side alot more. This lack of professionalism put us right off so went elsewhere.

Fantastic service received by Mark and his team. I first had windows /doors fitted 10 years ago a Fab job, with no problems during this period. A slight problem with a small window in the bow frame occurred on 12th Aug, contacted Lorraine on 13th Aug morning and by 10am on 14th Aug Mark's team were on the job -- sorted -- what absolutely fantastic service in this day and age . Highly recommended to anyone looking to replace or have new windows, doors and conservatories. Thank you once again for superb after sales service. Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten !!!
