    Poor quality blinds. They cut so much off the sides they let in loads of light around the edges, so defeats the object of having black out blinds. They also sent one of the blinds in completely the wrong colour (white instead of black) and had me messing about taking so many photos to prove their foul up! They did send the correct blind second time round but the retracting mechanism is broken so the blind won't go back up. I Shocking products and I won't be using them again.

    Ordered over 100 replacement slats for our conservatory. Really pleased with them. Look lovely in white with a little pattern. The only thing I hadn't realised was they didn't come with the weights in or chains attached. Not hard to attach. Took a bit of work but got there in the end. Would highly recommend. Will be replacing a few more windows at some point so will defo be back. Thankyou.

    I needed to replace a set of missing vertical blind slats. Lifestyle Blinds had a huge selection of styles and colours at reasonable prices, so I gave them a try. After placing my order, things went quiet for a week or so, making me worry that perhaps there was a problem with my order. Just when I was thinking about asking for a status update, my slats arrived. The slats are very good quality and exactly the right dimensions. It took a few minutes to put them together and get them hung, and I'm very happy with the results. I will *definitely* use Lifestyle Blinds again when the need arises.

    Appalling company. Ordered in July, here we are in September with no blind. The stated lead time at point of order was 7 days. Endless chasing by email which it takes weeks to get replies to, then they don’t answer half of your questions, despatch was supposedly over a week ago but they can’t provide tracking info like half decent companies do. Call the number and you are met with a voicemail which no-one will return! My only option is now a credit card chargeback AVOID

    We ordered from this company 4.5 months ago, our first order was cancelled, with covid 19 as an excuse. We thought fair enough. We were asked if we wanted to reorder, so we did because we needed blinds for our childs nursery. We then weeks after the reorder we're told they were out of stock of our blinds and they would cancel our order again. I said no and explained that our child is now 3 months old and the blinds were ordered weeks before he was born. Blinds finally arrived and they fell apart on the first use, the pull chords little grabber thing fell off. Then the cord came off the back of the blind. The self retracting mechanism thing also has an itchy trigger finger and it takes a dozen attempts get the bloody things to stay down. F for effort F for execution F for quality I wish there was 0 stars available. But they refunded my delivery charge so that's ok... Go to wilkos and get some of those ones you can cut down yourself. So just had lifestyle blinds on, they offered to replace a part, but they told me its harsh to leave a 1 star review after a 4.5 month blinds saga. Once again, having taken covid into account I feel my rating is accurate. And seeing as their rep seems more interested in a 1 star review than my customer satisfaction this only bolsters my attitude towards the company.
