The pressure on my boiler had dropped to zero this morning when I got up, so I contacted Tasha at Lifespace and she arranged a plumber to come round within an hour! The man in question called Dean, was very polite and efficient and sorted the problem out for me within minutes, I very rarely have to contact my agent for help, but on the odd occasion I have had caused to, Ive always found Tasha and the workmen to be very professional ,polite and helpful and Ive never had a long wait to get the job sorted Thank you for continued hard work

Disgusting company ...never do repairs and charge you for renewal of contract ...very poor attitude by staff and very rude ...don't use them ...the company and staff are liars . My window was rotting and I had severe mould on my bedroom wall and the company did nothing despite numouros complaints . If something breaks they will acuse you of breaking it. If you complain about anything they will put your rent up or make up complaints about you. Very unprofessional company that are only intersted in getting your rent money .money grabbing atse holes

It’s shame I have a leave this review as the initial experience was pleasant at the viewing. We chased for offer forms, completed those heard nothing, chased again to be told more information was needed, found the property had already been let whilst being ignored by our point of contact. Disappointed by the really poor communication but looking at some of the reviews here it’s seems we avoided a likely undesirable situation in the future.

I live in one of there London property and I don't know if they know but they should probably start looking in to there workers frank dose more breaks then work and the slowest worker iv ever seen in my life took him 8 hours to paint one wall
