Paul in customer service is very polite and helpful. I paid for my package in the winter of 2022, I’m still awaiting (March 2023) to have a consultation with someone regarding my results, this service I paid additional for. The results pdf are helpful and clear but a bit confusing. By the time I have my consultation, I’m not even sure if the results still apply as I’m now on different medication etc.

If you are looking to see if you are intolerant to certain foods, this wont help. When I eat bread, I bloat and get trapped wind, it creates pain in stomach, when I cut it out I am not bloated. I am clearly intolerant to it, and want to see what else I was intolerant to. The £149.00 test stated that I had no intolerances to any grain - its just plain wrong. It stated out of all foods the only one I had an intolerance to was Brazil Nuts, again wrong, I can eat those with no adverse side effects at-all If I didn't know better I would suspect that they sent the wrong results back. Please in todays day and age do not waste £149.00
