Emma's communication and Yassir's knowledge make for a great team. I emailed to arrange a bike fitting and was in the next week. My first proper experience with a bike shop couldn't have gone better. When I went in I was welcomed, the shop was clean and the atmosphere relaxing and unjudgemental which is what I haven't had at other bike shops. The bike fitting was really slick (apart from zwift not working which would have been a fun addition but that didn't matter much). Yassir's years of experience with bikes and physiology came across strongly. All of my rides since the bike fit have been incredibly comfy and I am having none of the problems such as lower back pain and tired arms that I had before. It has made riding much more enjoyable and I am very grateful for that. The team have spent time building cycle groups that go out Wednesday evening, Saturday and Sunday morning and it is something I will do when I can. I highly recommend this shop and service to anyone with any bike needs.
